New Nature Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to serve and assist.
Please review our return and exchange policy below.
You can return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days upon delivery of your order. If your return meets the following conditions, you can receive a refund or store credit.
Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Exchanges made from orders purchased in November through December (Holiday Season) have a 45 day Grace-Period to request their exchange.
- Sale and Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are on the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
